- The nurse practitioner leads the care process, coordinating therapeutic, rehabilitative and preventive activities. Establishes individualized care plans and collaborates with family and specialists to ensure the best possible care
- The social health worker provides independent support in daily activities, managing basic medical-technical procedures and coordinating with the nursing team for integrated care
- Socio-Health Care Worker/CRS care aides are dedicated to support in daily activities, from personal hygiene to mobilization, ensuring comfort and dignity in daily routines. They also take care of home economics activities
