OUR MISSION
Our task is to provide nursing care and home care in the Locarno area. We provide specialized expertise and scientifically validated knowledge to support needy people of all ages who are disabled, weak, frail or convalescent.
To achieve our goals, our nursing staff have a solid theoretical and practical foundation, which we periodically invite to update by promoting professional courses and updates
Our mission is to enhance the person’s resources to help him or her on the path to recovery or maintenance of autonomy, ensuring quality and safety in care. This allows our users to continue a normal, quality life in their home environment.
OUR PHILOSOPHY OF CARE
At the core of our approach is the Primary Nursing model, a choice that reflects our dedication to creating meaningful and lasting caring relationships. It is not just about providing medical care: each user has a dedicated nurse who becomes his or her constant point of reference, building a relationship of trust that goes beyond just care.
This nurse referral:
- Personally coordinates the entire care pathway
- Has in-depth knowledge of the user's history and needs
- Works closely with family and primary care physicians
- Ensures continuity and consistency in care
- Ensures that each intervention respects the person's habits and wishes
