Specialist Care

The evolution of medicine and the increase in life expectancy have led to a significant increase in situations requiring specialized care. To ensure the highest quality of care, we have developed three specific competence groups.

Care of Cutaneous Injuries and Stomies
Nurses experienced in the care of skin injuries and ostomies provide educational, clinical, and nursing responses to people with skin injuries or urinary and/or bowel ostomies.
Skin injuries treated at home are vascular, diabetic, oncologic, pressure, trauma, burn and surgical in nature.
The specific skills of the experienced nurse are:
- know how to conduct a comprehensive assessment of the risk of developing skin injuries and, for example, in the case of an increased risk of pressure sores, know how to select and use the appropriate tools and aids for prevention,
- Be able to make an assessment of different types of chronic skin lesions and ostomies so that appropriate treatment can be set up in multidisciplinary collaboration with other professionals (hospital, medical specialists, clinics),
- To contribute to the continuous improvement of the quality of care through the use in clinical practice of knowledge validated according to the criteria of scientific evidence and the periodic review of operational tools,
- Provide counseling for the evaluation and treatment of chronic skin lesions.
Oncology and Palliative Care
Our specialized oncology and palliative care group supports people with advanced disease, whether oncological, neurological, pulmonary or cardiological.
In the most complex situations, we provide a dedicated telephone picket line and a small team of professionals who know the household intimately.
- Active management of symptoms
- Support to maintain autonomy
- Assistance in the family environment
- Coordination with hospice and specialists

Complex Geriatrics
Integrated multidimensional support

- Specific care processes
- Targeted therapeutic education
- Comprehensive personal and family care
Collaboration with resources in the area makes it possible to ensure a competent multidisciplinary network.
Quality Assurance
